Office Staff Member / Full-time Long-Term Position

Zing Services is a locally owned small business operating out of Middleton, Idaho that serves clients across the entire Treasure Valley. We believe in providing an honest, professional, and courteous service to our clients. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill our Office Staff position. Our company specializes in: Lawn Fertilizing, Weed Control, Shrub Bed Weed Control, Shrub and Small Tree Care, Large Tree Treatments, Perimeter Insect Control, Aerations, and Christmas Light Installations.

Position Incentives:

Position Summary:

This is a year-round full-time position that plays a significant role in our business as they are the first point of contact for our clients. This position addresses our clients’ needs in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Compensation is dependent on experience and is full time, M-F from 8-5 with an occasional Saturday during busy seasons.

Essential Position Functions:

The office staff member will work closely with the office manager and other office staff to help with the day to day needs of running the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, filing, collecting documents from employees, recording pertinent information in industry specific software, distributing mail and correspondence, keeping tabs on office supply inventory, and working on some collaborative projects as needed.

Position Skills & Requirements:

This position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills. He or she must demonstrate exceptional time management, and computer/office skills, while maintaining a professional/clean appearance with a positive/friendly attitude. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn trade specific software are key. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office setting are preferred. A willingness to learn, be a self-starter, take initiative and demonstrate dependability will set the applicant apart. Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask are required.
