Office Staff Member / Full-time Long-Term Position

Zing Services is a locally owned small business operating out of Middleton, Idaho that serves clients across the entire Treasure Valley. We believe in providing an honest, professional, and courteous service to our clients. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill our Office Staff position. Hourly Pay:

Position Summary:

This is a year-round full-time position that plays a significant role in our business as they are the first point of contact for our clients. This position addresses our clients’ needs in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Essential Position Functions:

The Office Staff Member will work closely with the office manager and other office staff to help with the day to day needs of running the office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, filing, recording pertinent information in industry specific software, attending team meetings, and working on some collaborative projects as needed.

Position Skills & Requirements:

This position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills. The Office Staff Member must demonstrate exceptional time management, effective oral and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workload. Must have a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude and the ability to work well within a team. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn trade specific software are key. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office setting is preferred. A willingness to learn, be a self-starter, take initiative, and demonstrate dependability will set the applicant apart.
